Brody went to Chuck-e-cheese with his friend Spencer this week and had such a great time!! My little boy is just growing to fast.

Chomp chomp!

This week Brody's 1st tooth popped through!

Zoo trip

Aunty Daisy and I took Brody to the zoo for his first time. He was so intrigued by all the animals! The aquarium exhibit was his favorite, he loved how all the sea creatures were swimming around and that he could get up close to check out the action!

 

 And then on our way home we stopped by the water front and let Brody put the sand between his toes!

Mothers Day

For my first Mothers Day I got the best gift a mother could ask for, Brody was dedicated!

Beach Bliss

The beach is my type of paradise. I love the ocean, the smell in the air, the breeze from the wind, the feeling of the sand between my toes and the way the sun reflects off the water... It's just so refreshing! And today we had awesome weather so Blake took us to the beach. Diesel got to run around and play, Brody got the explore the beach for his first time and I got to have fun taking pictures!

Dada

Today was the first day Brody officially started saying dada. Of course mama was his first word. :) He has been saying it since he was 6 months, but dada came today! During the day Aunty Daisy was at our house and he just kept saying dada over and over. So we were running around trying to find one of our phones to video record him. Finally when we did, he saw we had the camera going and then just wanted the phone and didn't want to say dada for us anymore. Just like his dad he doesn't like me always trying to take pictures of him and record him! Although this evening Grandpa Biddy, Mimi and Uncle Al did sneak a video of the exciting moment!   

My little fish

Brody you started infant swim lessons in March and absolutely love the water! The second we walk into the pool room you start gleaming with joy! Not only do you love the water, but you are a little pro swimmer as well. Last week Aunty Daisy came with us to catch some of the action on camera.
